Inside one of Sweden's largest manufacturing companies, the machines thump, whistle, and hiss. You start to follow their rhythm. Then a robot hesitates for a few milliseconds, and the rhythm breaks.
The requirements were high, and one was absolute: no data could leave the factory. We brought our AI platform onto the customer's own systems, connecting production planning, monitoring, analysis, and predictive maintenance to real-time data from the lines.
As the robot finished its movement, the unusual cycle appeared in the interface. We could hear it, see it, and then go down to the millisecond to understand what had happened.
That is when the questions start. Could we save a couple of milliseconds here? What might that mean over a whole year? With the detail in front of you, it is easy to get absorbed.
Between the final adjustments, our notebooks filled with ideas from the team. We completed two customer-specific adaptations in the first two days on site. Seeing their faces light up when it all worked made those days worthwhile. Commissioning was one milestone; the conversations and improvements continue.
